In order to create your Tecnum Account, including in the Apps, and to provide you with the Tecnum services you have requested, as well as to provide you with customer support, we process your personal data, such as your name (or username), email address, and phone number.

Directly from you. For example, if you create an account, if you post a comment on our websites, if you send us an enquiry by email or other means of communication, if you browse our websites, if you decide to participate in one of our surveys. If you do not provide us with your details, we may not activate an account. A Tecnum account is required if you wish to use our services.
Why and for how long we process your data
In order to offer you Tecnum services and products, through our website, to provide you with information and assistance in activating your account and about Tecnum services. The processing of your data is necessary to give you access to the Tecnum website and its functionalities, to respond to your requests and to assist you when you use our products and services.
In particular, creating a Tecnum account allows you to use different functionalities of the Tecnum website and the Apps.

In particular, during the activation of a Tecnum account, if confirmation is not provided through the link sent to you within 1 month, the Tecnum account will be deleted. Without your data, we cannot provide you with the Tecnum services described above.
Your access, when you connect and your activity on our website will be recorded for audit purposes, and these logs and your data may be provided to government entities when they require it.
